Arguedas is the gateway to the Bardenas Reales, a unique desert landscape that is almost a must-see when you arrive in Navarra. It has numerous hospitality and accommodation services for visitors to the Natural Park and is a town with a happy and open character and a lively social life. You can visit the "troglodyte dwellings", caves in which many of its neighbors lived during the 19th and 20th centuries, the beautiful parish church of San Esteban with its high bell tower or climb to the ruins of what was a powerful castle during the Media, and from the Moor's balcony contemplate the views of the town and the banks of the Ebro River. The other main tourist attraction is Senda Víva, an extensive amusement park, with animals from all continents, aquatic attractions, zip lines, exhibitions of birds of prey... and a complete program that has made it a benchmark for family tourism.
TOWN HALL
It is made up of two buildings of different heights and periods. Seen from the street, the right façade (16th century) consists of a first body with a semicircular arch, with a very marked thread, off-center, that communicates with the square; A second high and solid body, with the exception of the two balconies with lowered arches, is finished with a ball cornice, Catholic Monarchs style, which marks the transition to the crowning of the gallery of lowered arches with carved brick eaves.
MURUZABAL HOUSE
Popularly known in this way, it is a privately owned construction that brings together two palaces from the 18th century.
HERMITAGE OF THE VIRGIN OF THE YUGO
