The harmonious mix between traditional and new Navarrese cuisine, paying special attention to seasonal products and the creation of our restaurateurs, allows us to taste some suggestions from the menu that change according to the season. Restaurant indicative price: €15-25 person Location: belongs to the Hostal Izar-Ondo located in the center of the town, next to the road to Vitoria-Gasteiz NA-2410. Facilities: terrace, private and group rooms, parking and hostel. Specialties: they offer traditional cuisine dishes combined with signature cuisine based on the quality of the product, with a dynamic menu adapted to the season. Vegetables, mushrooms, fish and meat are the stars of the menu. Taking advantage of what the garden and the forests of Navarra offer in each season, the dishes are modified with the traditional stew, incorporating asparagus, sautéed artichokes or with clams, peas, perretxikos, and mushrooms.

Restaurant guide price: €40 person At the entrance to the historic center of the city, we find the Tres Tinas restaurant-grill, which offers a varied menu of seasonal dishes. The grill menu is based on an excellent grilled steak, cut into pieces and served on the grill, all accompanied by excellent local wines. Facilities: it has a dining room.
