GASTRONOMIC TOURISM SALAZAR VALLEY
The Pyrenean valleys have a long gastronomic tradition in which you can taste the typical Navarrese trout, excellent sheep and beef, cheeses, wild boar, lamb ribs or the much coveted mushrooms and mushrooms. They can be accompanied by some pochas, a stew as a first course, or some shepherd's migas, subsistence food for nomadic shepherds.
