Aritzenea is a stone and wood rural house in the Pre-Pyrenees of Navarra, in the small town of Meoz located on a hill with beautiful views and tranquility 10km from Aoiz and 28km from Pamplona.
The house has 2 floors of 110m each. On the 1st floor with access to the patio and 900m of land is the 55m kitchen-dining room with a large fireplace, all appliances and kitchenware for 12 people plus a toilet, pantry and bike room. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed. and one with 2 beds.
Also 2 full bathrooms, bathtub and jet shower, parquet floor, spacious and bright, plus a 40m furnished terrace.
The house is heated with a magnificent underfloor heating, a good starting point for the route to get to know the Pyrenees, its jungle valleys, Irati, Roncesvalles, very close to the Lumbier and Arbayun Gorges. Possibility of taking small plane flights, horseback riding, mountain biking routes, hiking, etc.
