«Yesterday we ate a weekend menu at Baxerri. Everything homemade, spectacular Arbizu txistorra, croquettes, a platter of exquisite beans, salad accompanying the star dish: Gorrin baked golden brown at low temperature, toasted on the outside and tender on the inside... oh and real cheesecake.
