In the center of Ochagavía, one of the most beautiful towns in Navarra and a stone's throw from the Irati Forest, we find this charming rural hotel. In a traditional house, the family business opened fifty years ago, and after its complete renovation in 2014, they maintain their enthusiasm and close customer service. The rooms are lovingly decorated and the restaurant has gained fame for the quality of its dishes. A cafeteria bar with an outdoor terrace, lounges, bicycle room, etc. They complete a service based on the pleasure of a job well done.
Tips
-Ochagavía is a town that you have to visit if you come to Navarra. Being very touristy, it is very quiet, ideal for walking and sitting and having a beer. It is one of the gateways to the Irati Forest, and is close to the Navarrese Pyrenees, Roncesvalles or the Lumbier and Arbayún gorges.
-The hotel occupies a typical Pyrenean house and was renovated in 2014. It has 13 rooms, each with its own name, because each one has its personality, which the owners have lovingly transmitted to it in its decoration.
-The restaurant is one of the usual ones in the area, quality food at a good price, and depending on your tastes you can order sandwiches, mixed dishes, set menus, or the Reckrea menu for the most demanding palates. The cafeteria bar has a terrace facing the square where it is a delight to rest from the hard days of hiking.
-The hotel has two lounges for clients, one more "active" and the other more for rest and reading, buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi zone, space for bicycles and skis... all adapted for people with reduced mobility.
