Since its founding in 1810, Licores Azanza has worked for and for the quality of pacharán, combining tradition and modernity. New production processes that do not prevent preserving the old and traditional flavor of the land.
In its origins it produced the first aniseed, brandies and pomace in the area. Azanza pacharán has always been produced with spider mites or sloes from the ground. This tradition continues to add to the productions the selection of new ecotypes grown in the area, obtaining a high quality sloe, for a very fruity pacharán, a natural artisan product and protected by the regulatory council.
