The Lacar brothers decided in 2002 to start their adventure in this beautiful environment and located the restaurant in a stone house located in the middle of the town. Luismi and Bea prepare traditional, seasonal cuisine where the protagonist is the raw material and whose specialty is grilled steak. Each and every piece of meat is personally selected by Luismi in addition to offering other preparations such as mushroom risotto with foie, vegetables with foie and prawns...
