In the low mountains of Navarra, a territory marked by a steep topography and little space for cultivation, several vineyards of Grenache that were many years old were abandoned. This is how “Unsi” was born: a wine project that aims to recover old Grenache vineyards in the mountains, to produce quality wines with a unique and unrepeatable character. PRACTICAL TIPS
- Unsi is located in the heart of Olite, just 4 minutes walk from the Royal Palace, the star monument of this beautiful town. Parking is also available next door.
- Wine is only sold at the winery after guided tours.

- Unsi Terrazas Blanco: 100% Garnacha Blanca aged for 4 months on lees in French oak barrels. The result of a careful selection of terraces at the foot of the mountains, seeking the humidity of lower areas near the ravines, seeking to recover a variety so important to our grandparents and almost extinct today in Navarra.
- Unsi Terrazas Red Wine: 100% Garnacha Tinta aged for 6 months in French oak. A wine from a careful selection of terraces in the area, where the disparity of levels, heights and soils blend together to create a unique sensation that leaves no one indifferent.
- Unsi Dulce Garnacha: A liqueur wine, with an oxidative aging process of at least 3 years. The result of a long and careful production process, including a year of exposure to the sun in glass demijohns. Let yourself be seduced by a different sweet wine.
