PRACTICAL TIPS

-Leitza is large, and with many industrial areas, so the first impression is not the best. However, once you have parked your car, you can stroll through an old town with beautiful, huge houses.

-The circular route along the Plazaola Greenway is not too long, most of it is flat and it goes through forests and dark tunnels on a route of great beauty.

-You can practice cycling along the Plazaola Greenway. From Leitza you can reach Lekumberri in one direction and Andoáin in the other, but it is best to check the status of the route before going as it is not always operational. www.plazaola.org
