GUIDED TOUR AND EXHIBITION TO THE PAMPLONA BULL PLACE
The end of the bullfighting route is the monumental Pamplona Bullring, the fourth largest in the world in terms of capacity, and which opens its doors so that visitors can feel the emotion of one of its most dangerous sections, when the bulls cross the narrow passage of the alley and enter a square filled with people and runners. It is not the same as if it were San Fermín, but the videos and explanatory panels help us feel, in part, that emotion. The exhibition is completed with a visit to the corrals, the chapel, the room of fear... all accompanied by interactive supports that explain the art of bullfighting.
PRACTICAL TIPS
-In winter the museum closes its doors. The opening takes place in the month of March until November, although group visits can be made by appointment. Check the schedules at www.feriadeltoro.com T. 948 225389 / 610 712064 / 636 722045 – info@plazatorospamplona.com
-The guided tours are every hour in Spanish. For other languages: Basque, French, English and German, you must reserve in advance. Audio guides in Spanish, Basque, Catalan, English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese. Other languages, consult.
-Company and family events and celebrations can be arranged. The museum is adapted for people with wheelchairs and strollers. Free WIFI. Pet friendly. You can enter with a pet.
-The tour takes us from the “alley” to the ring, to then visit the corrals, the chapel and the bullfighters' room. We recommend standing in the center of the ring and shouting like a bullfighter, you will be surprised by the perfect acoustics of the circular venue.
-If you come to the San Fermín festivities you can buy tickets for the bulls online. The square usually fills up but there are always free seats.
